Cranberry Pecan Granola

Ingredients

cups
rolled oats
1 1/2
cups
chopped raw pecans
1
cup
unsweetend coconut flakes
2
tbsp
flaxseed
1
tbsp
ground cinnamon
1/4
tsp
salt
3
tbsp
honey or maple syrup
3
tbsp
brown sugar
1
tbsp
vanilla extract
3
tbsp
melted coconut oil
1
cup
dried cranberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Farenheit
mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well to insure everything is incorporated
Spread mixture on parchment paper on a baking sheet evenly
Bake for 15 minutes, remove baking sheet, mix granola and spread evenly again. Returning to oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before placing in an air tight container. Lasts up to 4 weeks. Makes approximately 5-6 cups
