2tbsporange zest or dehydrated orange peel that has been powdered
1/2cupsugar ( more or less to taste)
Instructions
Refresh freeze dried cranberries in 1 cup orange juice, set aside.
In a medium sauce pan, combine water, 1/4 cup orange juice, orange zest or powder and sugar. Heat and stir until sugar is disolved. stir in cranberries and bring to a boil; reduce heat and let simmer until sauce has thickened. Approximately 15 minutes. Let cool completely before serving. Store in the refrigerator. Good for 3 weeks in the fridge.
