Instructions
In a mini skillet or saucepan, bring ¾ cup water to a low boil.
Add chicken, broccoli, rice, and seasonings. Stir and cover.
Simmer 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, stir in cheese, and let sit 1–2 minutes to thicken.
