Instructions
In a small saucepan or mini skillet, bring ¾ cup water to a boil.Add pork, squash, rice, and seasonings. Stir well.Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 8–10 minutes until rehydrated and rice is tender.Top with BBQ sauce or smoked paprika, if desired. Serve warm.
