Craving a warm, fudgy brownie but don't want to make a whole 9x13 pan? Or maybe you're just looking for an excuse to use your air fryer for something other than fries? Well, get ready, because I'm about to share my absolute favorite small-batch brownie recipe, perfectly tailored for your air fryer!
Line your 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking oil.
Melt butter and mix with sugar. Whisk in eggs and egg yolk, add vanilla and cocoa powder. Mix well
Using a spatula, stir in flour, corn starch and salt until combined. Mix in the nuts or baking chips.
Spread the brownie batter evenly on the parchment paper in the baking pan.
Use the BAKE setting on your air fryer, place the baking dish in the air fryer, set at 325 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes. Carefully test the brownies after 30 minutes with the tooth pick test. It should be moist crumbs, not wet batter.
Serve hot with ice cream, or plain. Will last 3 days on the counter, but that is a straight up rumor because the pan is always empty by the end of the day.
