Ingredients

canned beef

canned potatoes

stock

yellow
onion (diced)

diced garlic

mixed veggies of your choice

tbsp
worcestershire sauce

tbsp
butter

tbsp
flour
1
cup
shredded cheddar
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Add butter and flour to pot to make the roux
Add broth, garlic, onion, worcestershire sauce and potatoes
With an immersion blender, blend all potatoes.
Add veggies and beef, salt and pepper to taste
Heat through and bowl up, add shredded chedder to top of bowl before serving.
