Cheesy Meat Potato Patties

Ingredients

1 Cup Thrive Life Potato Dices
1/2 Cup Thrive Life Peas
1/2 Cup Thrive Life Grilled Chicken Dices
1/2 Cup Thrive Life Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Thrive Life Cheddar Cheese
2 TBSP flour or bread crumbs
1 TBSP oil
1 egg, beaten
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Rehydrate & Drain: Combine Potato Dices and Peas with hot water; let sit 10 minutes, then thoroughly drain.
Mix: In a bowl, stir together potatoes, peas, meats, cheese, egg, flour, salt, and pepper until it holds together.
Form Patties: Shape into four 3″ patties.
Pan‑Fry: Heat oil in skillet over medium. Cook patties 4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
Serve: These are perfect with a dollop of sour cream or alongside a green salad.
