Ingredients
- 1 Cup Thrive Life Potato Dices
- 1 Cup Thrive Life Peas
- 1 Cup Thrive Life Grilled Chicken Dices
- 1 Cup Thrive Life Ground Beef
- 1½ Cups water (for rehydration)
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Rehydrate: In a medium bowl,combine Potato Dices, Peas, Chicken and Beef with 1½ cups hot water. Coverand let sit 10–15 minutes, then drain any excess
- Season & Melt:Preheat oven to 375 °F. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat;stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Assemble: In a greased 8×8″baking dish, toss the rehydrated mix with the seasoned butter. Top evenly withcheddar cheese
- Bake: 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden
- Serve: Let rest 5 minutes before scooping

- 1 Cup Thrive Life Potato Dices
- 1/2 cup Thrive Life peas
- 1/2 cup Thrive Life Grilled Chicken Dices
- 1/2 cup Thrive life Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup milk (or cream)
- 1 TBSP flour
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rehydrate: Place Potato Dices in 1 cup hot water for 10 minutes; drain, reserve liquid.
- Sauté: In a pot, heatoil/butter over medium. Add Ground Beef; cook 3 minutes. Stir in Chicken,Peas, and rehydrated potatoes
- Simmer: Pour in broth plus reserved liquid. Add onion powder, salt, pepper. Bring to a gentle boil; simmer 10 minutes.
- Finish: Whisk milk and flour (if using) until smooth; stir into chowder and heat until slightly thickened (2–3 minutes).
- Garnish & Enjoy: Top with extra cheddar or green onions, if desired.

- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Thrive Life Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Rehydrate: In a bowl, cover Potato Dices and Peas with just enough hot water to submerge; soak 10 minutes, drain.
- Cook Meat: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium‑high. Add Ground Beef; cook until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles.
- Add Veg & Chicken: Stir in rehydrated potatoes, peas, and Chicken; season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Press mixture lightly into skillet
- Crisp & Melt: Let cook undisturbed 4–5 minutes, until bottom is golden. Sprinkle cheese, cover for 2 minutes to melt.

- 1 Cup Thrive Life Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Milk

- Make “Mash”: Rehydrate Potato Dices in 1½ cups hot water for 15 minutes. Drain (reserve a little liquid), then mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare Filling: In a skillet over medium, brown Ground Beef; drain fat. Stir in Chicken and Peas; season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble Pie: Spread meat mixture in a 9″ pie plate or small casserole. Dollop mashed potatoes on top and smooth.
- Cheese Topping: Sprinkle cheddar evenly over mash.
- Bake: 350 °F for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges bubble.
- Rest & Serve: Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.

Lisa, in a couple of the recipes you say to brown the ground beef isn’t the thrive life ground beef already cooked in really good really hard if I brown it. Thank you for helping me with this question.
You are correct, its already cooked. But flavor wise, if you like, browning it up adds to it. Its not necessary, but a bonus.
