Double Meat Cheesy Potato Bake

I know that sometimes its difficult to think of ways to use your freeze dried food storage. Here at SuttonsDaze we don't only want to help you stock your pantries for emergencies, but provide you with ways to use it. This recipe makes about 4 servings; adjust quantities up or down as needed.

Ingredients

1 Cup Thrive Life Potato Dices
1 Cup Thrive Life Peas
1 Cup Thrive Life Grilled Chicken Dices
1 Cup Thrive Life Ground Beef
1½ Cups water (for rehydration)
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

Rehydrate: In a medium bowl,combine Potato Dices, Peas, Chicken and Beef with 1½ cups hot water. Coverand let sit 10–15 minutes, then drain any excess
Season & Melt:Preheat oven to 375 °F. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat;stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Assemble: In a greased 8×8″baking dish, toss the rehydrated mix with the seasoned butter. Top evenly withcheddar cheese
Bake: 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden
Serve: Let rest 5 minutes before scooping
