Sausage Gravy

I love me some sausage gravy! One of my favorite things to use our canned sausage for is to make sausage gravy.

Super simple, super customizable to your preferences too!

  • 1 pint sausage
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream or millk
  • 2-3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp ground pepper


  • heat up sausage
  • mix flour into sausage until all liquid is gone and the meat looks pasty
  • add in spices
  • add in heavy whipping cream or milk and stir until thick.
