Bacon Pumpkin Pasta Bake

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 1 lb gouda cheese
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 2 15oz cans pumpkin
  • 1/4 tbsp paprika


  • Chop bacon and cook in pan
  • reserve 2 tbsp bacon grease, fry onions, paprika in grease
  • add pumpkin and gouda cheese until cheese melts
  • mix in cooked pasta
  • mix in bacon
  • move all ingredients to a baking dish
  • bake at 350 for 20 minutes
  • serve
