Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups All purpose flour
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats (I used quick oats)
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1 cup nuts of choice, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Mix all ingredients
- line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners
- Fill liners 3/4 full with mixture
- Bake for 25 minutes (check at 20)
