Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cups All purpose flour
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats (I used quick oats)
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup oil of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1 cup nuts of choice, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Mix all ingredients
  • line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners
  • Fill liners 3/4 full with mixture
  • Bake for 25 minutes (check at 20)
