Ingredients
  

Alfredo Sauce

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 clove garlic – minced
  • 2 cups garted parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups milk

Ugly Chicken Chaffle

  • 1 pint ugly chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 lrg eggs

Instructions
 

  • Alfredo Sauce
  • Heat a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add butter, flour, and minced garlic, then whisk to combine. Cook for 3 minutes, allowing the roux to develop. The garlic should become very fragrant, and the roux should start to darken slightly.
  • Begin to stir in the milk a few splashes at a time. Ensure each batch is fully incorporates into the flour mixture prior to adding more. Continue until all milk has been added. Heat the sauce to a gentle simmer.
  • Add Parmesan cheese a handful at a time, stirring fully into the sauce until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Add salt & pepper, if desired, add one cup of cooked broccoli
  • Remove from heat

Ugly Chicken Chaffle

  • Combine all ingredients well

Stuffed Ugly Chicken Chaffle

  • Layer bottom of the Stuffler with the chaffle mixture
  • 2nd layer is a light addition of the alfredo sauce (follow stuffler directions)
  • Add chaffle mixture on top.
  • Close the stuffler, flip as directed immediately, cook for 10 minutes.
