Ingredients
  

Pizza Crust

  • 1 pint ugly chicken
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Pizza toppings

  • Your choice

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients for the crust together well, flatten on a silicone baking mat or parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thickness. Be sure to create a crust so your toppings don't fall off.
  • Place desired toppings on the crust, then bake at 425 for 30 minutes.

    Definitely a big hit. I put bbq sauce, mushrooms, onions and cheese for the toppings. My husband declared it “yummy”!!
