Chicken Crust Pizza using our home-canned “ugly” chicken.
Low carb, deliciousness.
- 1 pint ugly chicken
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Your choice
- Mix all ingredients for the crust together well, flatten on a silicone baking mat or parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thickness. Be sure to create a crust so your toppings don't fall off.
- Place desired toppings on the crust, then bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
