Mexican Pork Stew

Quick, easy, and all from your shelf-stable pantry! This is a warm body stew that takes a matter of minutes to put together if you have all of the ingredients on your shelf.

  • 1 pint ugly pork
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can/jar whole corn
  • 1 large onion (or quarter cup of freeze dried onions)
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated carrots (or 2 large diced carrots)


  • Empty all contents into the pot and heat until all freeze dried items are refreshed.
