Warm Fuji Apple Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Thrive Life Freeze Dried Fuji Apples
  • 2 tbsp Thrive Life Instant Brown Rice
  • 1 tbsp Thrive Life Freeze Dried Butternut Squash (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp brown sugar or honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Optional: splash of shelf-stable milk or powdered milk

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, bring ½ cup water to a gentle boil.
    Add apples, rice, squash, cinnamon, and sweetener (if using).
    Reduce heat and simmer for 6–8 minutes until creamy.
    Stir in milk or cream, if desired. Serve warm like a breakfast porridge.

Single-Serve Pulled Pork Butternut Rice Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Thrive Life Freeze Dried Pulled Pork
  • 1/4 cup Thrive Life Freeze Dried Butternut Squash
  • 1/4 cup Thrive Life Instant Brown Rice
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch salt & pepper `
  • Optional Drizzle of BBQ sauce or pinch of smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan or mini skillet, bring ¾ cup water to a boil.
    Add pork, squash, rice, and seasonings. Stir well.
    Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 8–10 minutes until rehydrated and rice is tender.
    Top with BBQ sauce or smoked paprika, if desired. Serve warm.

One-Pan Chicken Broccoli Cheese Bowl

  • 1/4 cup Thrive Life Freeze Dried Chicken Slices
  • 1/4 cup Thrive Life Freeze Dried Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup Thrive Life Instant Brown Rice
  • 2 tbsp Thrive Life Freeze Dried Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mini skillet or saucepan, bring ¾ cup water to a low boil.
    Add chicken, broccoli, rice, and seasonings. Stir and cover.
    Simmer 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat, stir in cheese, and let sit 1–2 minutes to thicken.
